Here at Glastonbury Reclamation we have a wide variety of internal flooring options in wood, stone, slate and terracotta.

Whether you're trying to match existing flagstones, quarry tiles or floorboards in a period property or looking for a more modern look with new slate tiles, it's well worth popping in to see what we have on offer.

Reclaimed Flagstones

There's nothing quite like the patina of reclaimed flagstones. We work hard to source as many local Blue Lias flagstones as possible. These fantastic slabs were hand cut and dressed by local craftsmen and skillfully laid with tight "penny" joints. Our stock of these flagstones is constantly changing as demand is very high.

New, Natural Stone Flagstones

As original Blue Lias flags are becoming increasingly hard to find we have decided to stock a range of more readily available alternatives. These include an imported blue/grey limestone slab that we have chosen for its similarity to Blue Lias. Each slab is hand dressed before being tumbled to closely emulate the wear of years of foot traffic.  They come in six sizes to easily create a random pattern when laying.

Slate Flooring

We also have a slate tile that comes in a range of sizes up to 900 x 900mm. At 10 - 12mm thick this is a good option if ceiling height is an issue and works brilliantly over under floor heating.

Floorboards

 For centuries timber has provided a warm, beautiful and practical flooring option.  

Here we have a constantly changing selection made up mostly of pine but with some elm, and occasionally oak floorboards. As large batches of reclaimed boards are getting harder to find we also supply pine & oak boards that have been re-sawn from old joists or beams. These boards are full of character and ready to lay.
