Easter Weekend
The big 4 day bank holiday weekend has finally arrived here at Glastonbury Reclamation, hopefully some good weather will come too! We’ve been busy here at the yard, getting new stock processed and displayed. We’ve had some really nice items come in recently both reclaimed and new.
Easter is always a busy time of year for us, when the weather changes and spring finally arrives. It’s a good time for a freshen up of the garden and one of the easiest ways is to get some new planters, you can really bring your garden to life with some new features. We’ve got a large stock of both reclaimed and new planters here at Glastonbury Reclamation.
As that warm Somerset sun makes it’s long awaited return for the spring and summer, many people start to have a look at Garden Furniture, we’ve got a fantastic stock of new locally made galvanised garden furniture, from large tables and chairs and benches to smaller bistro sets. Galvanised furniture is always very popular because its maintenance free!
With the longer bank holiday, it’s a great time to get those new raised beds built and planted up, we’ve got plenty of options here to choose from, Reclaimed Sleeper will always be the most popular due to their amazing durability. We stock 3 different types of Reclaimed sleepers:- Pine, Oak and Azobe. Along with the Reclaimed sleepers, we’ve got new pressure treated pine sleepers, these are much more light weight and easier on the back!
Obelisks and arches are a great way to add height to a garden and we’ve got a wide choice of obelisks and arches here at Glastonbury Reclamation, we stock mainly the “ready to rust” obelisks and arches, a great way to add a splash of colour as well as support for growing plants.
